At Pretty Average, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and within the estimated delivery time provided below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
Remote or Hard-to-Reach Locations: 7–14 business days

The delivery period begins after the order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Taking processing and shipping together, the estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 7–14 business days.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free-shipping offers, when available, will be subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent to the email address or phone number associated with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed over to the delivery partner.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your name, phone number, PIN code, and complete shipping address are correct before placing your order.

Pretty Average is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6. Delayed Shipments

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes or transportation disruptions
Public holidays
Incorrect delivery information
Remote delivery locations
Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can assist you in checking the shipment status.

7. Failed Delivery

Our delivery partner may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, refuses the package, or otherwise prevents delivery, the package may be returned to us.

Any reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it is delivered.

If the package appears significantly damaged or tampered with, we recommend taking photographs or video of the package and contacting us as soon as possible.

If the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost, or there has been no tracking update for an extended period, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the relevant delivery partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

10. International Shipping

Pretty Average currently ships primarily within India.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
